Where Is The Fire?
What can we learn form Rihanna, Skylar Grey, and Dr. Dre about persistence and ones ability to overcome adversity? Is success about surviving adversity? Is being an entrepreneur about looking adversity in the face and learning our lessons so we can move to the next level of success? How can we go to the next level if we are not certain what level that is? Do we understand the power of a team?

Are We Taking Action?

Perfection The perfection trap in any business creates the perfect opportunity to procrastinate and to just do nothing. I recently heard a successful MLM leader say “Getting ready to get ready”. We often say I will do XYZ when QEP is in place. Sometimes we confuse activity with productivity. What is activity? Activity in anything that does not equal productivity which is getting new customers and getting new leads that develop in new business partners and customers. The grass can always look greener on the other side, however find a good company and commit to long term growth with that Co. Do you have the ability to commit and promote the company with a true belief in the product and service. We can’t fake this, the passion is there or it is not. There is no perfect company or perfect product, however pay attention to how people respond to you and how you speak about your company. Study the compensation plan so you learn how you will be paid and be able to explain it to others. Like every- thing in nature, it must evolve. Your job is to look at the whole picture and just get excited about realizing your dreams again and inspire others to do the same because MLM is the most powerful opportunity we will ever experience if we are committed and able to inspire others to get excited and committed. We cant wait for perfection because we will wait forever.

We all need to eliminate the word “Impossible”!
We all need to eliminate the word “Impossible”!
I just did and I can’t believe how liberating it feels. So much of what we get in the world is about Fear and Failure Consciousness. We need, like never before, to guard against Self Imposed institutions of Failure Consciousness. An example of Self Imposed institutions of Failure Consciousness is exposed when we ask the question, “What do we spend most of your time doing that we absolute hate”? What if we spent that same time doing something that we absolutely loved, what would that feel like?
For those of us in the MLM Niche Market, we certainly understand that there is no shortage of folks out there poised to rain on our parade.
Especially if we are new to the industry and highly excited about the opportunity we would like to share.
With the exciting New Year of 2011, the time has never been better for us to evaluate what is serving us and what is not. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
So lets define here and now that we desire Success Consciousness.
- What are we doing that isn’t getting us the result we desire?
- Who are we being around that is not inspiring and setting an example for how we want our life to look?
- Are we being honest with ourselves about what it is that we really want out of life?

W.H.I.P. - Do You Have It?
We have so much to be thankful for. Living in gratitude makes the difficult times bearable by helping us maintain perspective and enriches those times that are already joyous. In everyday at every moment we all have things to be thankful for. Another day, another breath, another smile, cycles of life. It isn't everything we think we want at every moment but there is opportunities to be grateful in every situation. What are the blessing in or lives that we might too often take for granted. How much more could we be thankful for if we only look for the gifts that we receive everyday. Gratitude frees our spirit and makes our burden lighter so that we can have the energy to fulfill our dreams.
